The word “Emergent” has within it the word “E-merge” or “E”nergy “merge”-ing. The name Emergent Coach characterizes the flow and vitality inherent in the products this business offers to the professional and individual alike.
The evolution of The Emergent Coach courses and products sources from years of exhaustive exploration and inquiry by its founders.
During their collective 40+ years of self-discovery exploration, they have wound their way through numerous coaching courses, practised with clients and each other, investigated all things metaphysical through sound and consciousness studies, and read volumes of "The Road to Success" books. These journeys often left them with an awareness that something was missing from their learning that caused changes to often not have a lasting effect. The inspirational energy of their goals and objectives often fizzled and they soon found themselves back where they began, asking the same questions and hearing the same answers.
The epiphany that changed everything was Voice Dialogue. This profound process developed by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone in the late 1970’s, provided the key to what was missing. It wasn't as much WHAT they were trying accomplish as it was WHO (what part of them) was trying to accomplish it and WHO was not part of the decision-making processes. The inquiry of Voice Dialogue changed their lives and that of their clients. Their ability to connect with all parts allowed clearer communication that provided a balanced, informed path to confident goal achievement and expanded their view of life’s landscape. This work organically emerged a greater sense of wholeness that allowed sustainable goal accomplishment that had not been possible with any other approach!
They began to connect this process with other processes they had encountered along the way. They were inspired to create a venue that could share this and developed courses… to E-merge new possibilities that had staying power!

Meet the Founders of The Emergent Coach
Terry's life has been one of adventure and self-discovery. Using meditation and spiritual inquiry he has traveled the world seeking the knowledge that would bring him to a deeper understanding of himself and the world.
Terry spent much of his early twenties as a submarine sailor traveling underneath many of the world's major oceans. Following his stint in the U.S. Navy, he earned Bachelors Degrees in Business and Computer Science and embarked on a career in Software Engineering. Terry’s ability to lead resulted in several management positions including Director of Software Quality Assurance for a large telecom company. As a Director, he emerged his ability to lead a 560-employee organization spread across 22 states.
During Terry's 20 + years in software development and management, he continued his robust thirst for self-knowledge and spiritual development. He spent time as a yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and part-time coach. Following his departure from the telecom company, he embarked on a full time career in life coaching. He trained under Debbie Ford and attained a Master Certification in Coaching and Training from the Debbie Ford Institute. Terry attended Pacifica Graduate Institute and completed a six-month course in Dream Tending. Most recently, he is a graduate of the Leadership University’s B/Coach (business coaching) program.
Terry has trained with Judith Tamar Stone (daughter of Hal Stone, co-founder of the Voice Dialogue Process). He has completed Voice Dialogue Levels 1, 2, and 3 and is a certified Voice Dialogue Trainer.
Terry utilizes his extensive background and training to help people and business see and overcome obstacles in achieving goals and objectives. He specializes in business startup and growth, money awareness and acquisition (abundance), life purpose, and career choice and development.
Terry has led several coaching tele-seminars and recently co-developed the Emergent Coaching Process to facilitate the actions necessary for people and business to experience sustainable change.

Kellie's life has spanned the continuum of experience from the scientific to the spiritual. She spent 20 years of her working life engaged in the technical and flight aspects of the aviation industry. She is a pilot and has had the unique privilege of becoming qualified to fly a WWII aircraft in formation at airshows. Her technical background in the industry involved responsibility for managing the maintenance of a fleet of 35 aircraft and a staff of over 100 employees.
All of this experience has supported a balanced perspective to her life's passion and current profession of the past 10 years - that of transpersonal life coach and teacher. She received an associate diploma in spiritual psychotherapy from Transformational Arts College in Toronto, Canada in 2000. During her tenure there, she became a member of the faculty where she taught emotional healing and spiritual development courses, was on staff at the resident Counseling Clinic and also had a private psychotherapy practice. She holds an undergraduate degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Union Institute and University in California. She is a certified Reiki practitioner, holds a certificate in Body Psychotherapy and has a private coaching practice in Denver, Colorado. Most recently she has completed the B-Coach (business coaching) course from Leadership University.
She has successfully completed Levels I, II and III as well as Train the Trainer certifications in Voice Dialogue which she studied with Judith Tamar Stone (daughter of the founder of the process). She utilizes Voice Dialogue as the foundational aspect of her coaching practice. Through this profound process and other approaches, her focus is to support clients to experience more fulfilling and transformed relationships with themselves, others, their spirituality and their life’s work.
She is ecstatic to be a co-creator of The Emergent Coach as its courses combine the best of personal experience, collaborative connection and above all - universal wisdom.
